I was recently diagnosed with cancer. It goes without saying that it went definitely through my whole world upside down. I went through all the emotions, denial, anger, self-pity, depression, and finally acceptance during that time I held the package for a while and then finally on a whim this weekend I decided to give it a go. I have to tell you it was the best I’ve felt in a while. It instantly lifted my mood, made the world a little brighter and completely put my mind in focussince my diagnosis I’ve been so distracted that I became so forgetful and lost the words for things sometimes the microdose made my brain feel sharp again. Somehow I put things into perspective for me. It allowed me to enjoy things again. I have a long hard road ahead of me, but I truly feel that this is going to help me through. I have hope and I instantly put down the other toxic things I was doing, which is the goal that I had going into this I just wanna say thank you peace and blessings.

I really love my micro ritual! I’ve been a lifelong migraine suffer, and due to the medication I have “central sensitivity “and intolerance to all pain, but in only a few weeks I’ve really noticed this improve and I’ve cut out one of my medication’s.
